Incident Reports are available within ten (10) working days from the date the incident occurred. The cost is $5.00 per report. We accept personal checks, business checks, or money orders.. We do not accept cash. Please include your Driver's License Number and Date of Birth if submitting a personal or business check. Payments should be made out to Metro Fire.
The report can be obtained by completing the Incident Report Request Form and returning it to our office by mail at the address below.

If you would like to pick up a copy of an incident report in person, call (916) 859-4300 and choose the option for Incident Reports. Please call in advance to ensure the report will be ready for pick up prior to your arrival. For payment at our office, we accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, business checks, or money orders only.
