Requesting an Incident Report
Incident Report requests are processed within seven (7) business days upon receipt. The cost is $5.00 per report. We accept checks and money orders. We do not accept cash. Payments should be made out to Metro Fire.
The report can be obtained by completing the Request For Incident Report form and returning it to our office by mail at the address below.

Picking up an Incident Report
If you would like to pick up an incident report in person at our headquarters (address above), please contact our records clerk at (916) 859-4161 to place your order. Please make your request well in advance of your intended pick up time to ensure the report is available. The accepted forms of payment in our office are check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Please note that we cannot accept payment over the phone.
Attorney's Offices and Copy Services
If you are trying to obtain medical and/or billing records, please hand-serve or mail your request to the above address along with a check in the amount of $15.00 made payable to Metro Fire.
If you need to verify that your client was treated by Metro Fire, contact our Records Clerk at (916) 859-4161.
