Director Request for Information (DRI)
Step 1. Fill in name and email address.
Step 2. Clearly describe the information you are requesting, please be as specific as necessary.
Step 3. Determine the type of request you are submitting (see below DRI criteria):
- Type 1 - General information with limited detail – (Criteria) Readily available information or data which requires little to no additional staff time. Staff's response time will generally be within 48 hours of receiving the request.
- Type 2 - Specific information - (Criteria) Readily available information or data which requires less than 4 hours of additional staff time. Completion time will generally be within 5 business days of receiving the request.
- Type 3 - Detail Analysis – (Criteria) Information or data compilation which exceeds 4 hours of additional staff time and may require written/verbal clarification by a staff member to the Director. Additionally this information may require data analysis in the form of charts and/or graphs to fully explain the information provided.
- Note only - Type 3 - Board President will refer Type 3 DRIs only for Board survey of interest for future Board Presentation.
Step 4. Press submit button to automatically start the DRI process to the Board Clerk.
