Unsure if Metro Fire responded to your incident, email incidentreports@metrofire.ca.gov.
- Requests are processed within 10 days. Note: Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing or receiving of report.
- If choosing to pick up the report in person, you will be contacted by email when the report is available. Fees may apply for paper copies. The pick-up location is Metro Fire Headquarters, which is located at 10545 Armstrong Ave, Suite 200, Mather, CA 95655.
- If choosing to receive the report by mail, a fee may apply. You will be notified when your request is processed.
